Agathe Vigne is a seasoned professional with more than 13 years of experience working in Latin America. She is currently a member of the management committee and director for the Americas Zone of the Indigo group, a French leader in parking and mobility operations, with a consolidated presence in Canada, Colombia and Brazil.
Her role includes reinforcing operational efficiency through the integration of the different countries to the group’s digital and financial tools, as well as consolidating the ESG, internal audit, human resources and communication policies. From 2020 to 2023, Agathe served as Director of Investments and New Services in EGIS, Latin America and the Caribbean.
There, Agathe has established a strong focus on the environmental and social impacts of projects. Its success in opening new markets, identifying growth opportunities and finding creative solutions to business problems has distinguished it in the infrastructure industry in the Latin American region.
During her tenure in Brazil, she diversified the business in the Mobility and Urban Services sector, led the winning bid for the operation of 2 private aviation airports in Brazil and was involved in several merger and acquisition projects in Colombia and Brazil.
Agathe was Business Development Manager for Investment and Operations at EGIS, Latin America and the Caribbean, from 2015 to 2020. He developed Public-Private Partnerships/Operations activities in Latin America, mainly in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil. Grew the road operation business in Mexico to 800 employees and more than USD 20 million in annual revenue.
Previously, Agathe also worked as Industry and Cleantech Export Advisor at the French Trade Commission for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean from 2013 to 2015. She supported nearly 200 companies in the energy, industry, security, transportation and environment sectors, securing relationships between public and private organizations. He also managed the department, budget, staff and growth of the sector.
Agathe has a diverse academic background, including an Executive MBA from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, a University Diploma in Finance from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, a Master’s Degree from the Lyon Institute of Political Studies and a Master’s Degree in Economics of Sustainability from the University of Lyon II Lumières. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the Lyon Institute of Political Studies. Agathe speaks French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
