Jose Lopez is a highly qualified financial professional with more than three decades of experience in investment banking, real estate and corporate finance. He is a member of the board of Niido Net Holdings LLC and was a member of the board of Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, as well as chairman of the Audit Committee.

López Niederer has also been an independent consultant since December 2002, where he has been responsible for structuring various financial agreements and partnerships for companies in various industries. He has acted as advisor to several companies, including Transportación Marítima Mexicana (TMM), CDC Capital Partners, Operadora de Fondos Vanguardia and Operadora de Fondos Valorum.

He has also participated in several financing transactions, such as the structuring of the sale of the Caracol Village hotel in the Riviera Maya and a $40 million loan for Compañía Naviera Minera del Golfo to build five “crew boats” to be leased by PEMEX Refining. In addition, it has structured a real estate deal in San Miguel de Allende and is currently working on structuring a $40 million credit facility for Grupo Consultor Mexicano S.A de C.V. for the construction of the Saint Andrews Medical Center in Querétaro.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Mr. López Niederer held several positions in investment banking, including executive director of Secured Capital de México, executive director of the investment banking group, head of the financial engineering division and executive director of loan portfolio recovery at Grupo Financiero Serfin. Mr. López Niederer holds an M.S. in Management (Sloan Program) from Stanford University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac.
