He has also completed courses in Family Governance at Wharton University and in Corporate Counseling at EGADE-TEC MTY.   <br\/> <br\/>As founder and president of several companies, Germ\u00e1n&#8217;s job is to define strategy and seek out new business.  <br\/> <br\/>His companies include GlobalPack\u00ae in Mexico and the United States, a B Corp. certified company engaged in the distribution of food transport packaging and the manufacture of disposable personal protective equipment under the Hystark\u00ae brand in Pinar de la Venta, Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. This company is an ISO 9001:2015 certified and B Corp. certified company, and has won several awards, including the &#8220;Best World Changing Ideas 2021&#8221; award by FastCompany\u00ae magazine in disposable food packaging innovation.  <br\/> <br\/>Another of his companies is Infinito Bienes Ra\u00edces, dedicated to the acquisition and management of commercial real estate. He is also president and founder of Grupo Promotor Emprende, dedicated to investing in real estate investment projects in Mexico, and Augmenta, dedicated to investing in multifamily real estate in Texas and Florida, United States.   <br\/> <br\/>As an author of business books for Empresa Activa of Editorial Urano, Germ\u00e1n writes from his own experience and practical understanding of business models to teach entrepreneurs how to generate profits.
