Diana is co-founder of Ennova America. She is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in the promotion, structuring and planning of infrastructure and energy projects in Mexico. Throughout her career she has executed several private equity acquisitions and structured financings in conjunction with investment banking.
Since 2006 she has developed her professional career in Grupo Indi, one of the main infrastructure development companies in Mexico, where she held the position of Vice President of Infrastructure and currently serves as Deputy General Director of the group. During this period she has positioned herself as one of the leading experts in mixed investment projects, developing more than a dozen of them, among which stands out the recognition Latin American Social Infrastructure Deal of the Year 2012 awarded by Project Finance Magazine to some of these projects.
Diana is also a board member of the GRI Infrastructure Club Mexico chapter, a forum for discussion and collaboration among leaders in the real estate and infrastructure industry, and of Banorte’s Metropolitan Regional Council. In addition, she is a regular guest speaker at various congresses and infrastructure clubs in Mexico and abroad. She has also collaborated in several industry publications.
Diana holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Spain and a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and International Business from the Universidad Panamericana. She also completed the Senior Management program at IPADE, as well as the KEP at Harvard University.
