Eduardo is co-founder of Ennova America. He is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors in Mexico, excelling in both the public and private sectors. He has led large-scale financial transactions and strategic projects, accumulating a solid track record of value generation and effective investment management.

Before embarking on his current projects, Eduardo began his career at the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), collaborating in the development of a shadow market that would later become the Mexican Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM). Later, he worked in investment banking, participating in the structuring of over $100 million in financing in key sectors such as hydrocarbons, tourism and water treatment.

In addition, he founded and led Zen Media International, consolidating the company as a leader in the advertising industry in Latin America. At Energía de América, he led the development of power generation projects, including a strategic alliance with Unión Fenosa (now Naturgy) for the development of large energy projects with a CAPEX in excess of $600 million dollars.

Eduardo has also been a key leader in the development of two photovoltaic power generation projects, with investments in excess of $200 million. These projects are still under development and are projected to generate double-digit dollar returns for investors once operational.

In addition to his business experience, Eduardo serves on the Boards of Directors of Ennova America, PF Proton I, ARKE Infraestructura y Energía, and Mezcales de la Santa Tierra. He is an active member of the Infrastructure and Energy Committee of the Mexican Private Equity Association (AMEXCAP).

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), with a major in Finance, and a certification in Mergers and Acquisitions from Columbia Business School.
