She is a CPA with more than 20 years of experience in Controllership and Finance, working in leading companies in the real estate and infrastructure sector such as Fibra Plus-Fibra HD, Consorcio ARA DCD and Grupo Omega. During his career, he has been responsible for the implementation of specialized ERPs for asset management and the Consolidation of Financial Statements. In addition, he participated in the creation of the ARA DCD division, focused on the management of shopping centers and strategic projects, and developed new lines of business to optimize the internal operation of essential services. With certifications in IFRS, Corporate Finance and Tax from ITESM, Elvia brings a combination of technical expertise and financial leadership. She is a Certified Public Accountant from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Stock Market Finance from Universidad Anáhuac.
