Jimena Marván Santín is a leading professional in the energy and ESG sectors in Mexico, with a track record that exceeds two decades. Her leadership and vision have led her to hold the position of Executive Director of Chapter Zero Mexico, an initiative of the World Economic Forum that focuses on Climate Governance, reflecting its commitment to sustainable development.

Prior to her current role, Jimena was part of the founding management team of the ASEA, where she was in charge of the design, construction and operation of the Agency in accordance with international regulatory best practices in the hydrocarbons sector, as well as designing and implementing the Agency’s institutional regulatory model, based on potential risks.

Prior to ASEA, Jimena consolidated an outstanding career in sustainability at PEMEX, where she left a significant mark for her work as Manager of Sustainable and Environmental Development by implementing the strategic framework and sustainability control in PEMEX operations, as well as different instruments, also recognized in the international and national financial market, to improve ESG performance and that strengthened the sustainability and environmental responsibility of such Productive Company of the State and its subsidiaries. In Pemex E&P, she was director of planning and external affairs, in this position, she was responsible for implementing planning and liaison strategies, where she participated in the design of business models and contracts, always incorporating the best environmental and social practices. Her ability to implement sustainable development strategies and to communicate effectively both nationally and internationally has been evident.

His solid academic background includes a degree in International Relations from ITAM, where he also specialized in European Energy Market Integration Studies. In addition, his expertise was broadened with an executive program in the energy sector and a certificate program in investor relations specializing in the oil sector from New York University. Additionally, he obtained a certificate in circular economy from the University of California, Berkeley, specializing in electromobility.
