Vanessa Franyutti is a founding partner of Nader, Hayaux y Goebel, S.C. with more than 20 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure financing and investment, including energy, structured finance, public-private partnerships and mergers and acquisitions.

Vanessa heads, together with other partners, the infrastructure, public-private partnerships and real estate practice areas and has advised on large-scale projects such as power generation plants, hospitals, highways, water projects and correctional facilities, as well as tourism, commercial and residential developments.

Vanessa has been recognized for her track record in leading legal publications and has been ranked in band one in both the real estate and projects sectors by Chambers Latin America. Vanessa was instrumental in the implementation of the PPP scheme in Mexico, advising both the Federal and State Governments in the structuring, bidding and implementation of the first PPS, and remains involved in similar projects.

In addition, Vanessa has advised national and international clients in the formation of consortiums for infrastructure and energy projects, the sale and acquisition of hotels and other real estate and businesses, and has advised the Federal and State Governments in concessions and restructuring projects. Vanessa obtained her law degree from ITAM and subsequently completed her LLM at the University of Chicago Law School.
