Proton I
Photovoltaic Plant
Protón I is a private equity fund, 100% Mexican, established in 2018. It focuses on developing, operating, owning, and managing clean energy investments in the Mexican market. With committed capital of US $150 million, including leverage. The fund is actively investing and developing a large-scale photovoltaic plant in Aguascalientes, Mexico. It will have an installed capacity of 104.5 MW and is expected to begin commercial operation in May 2026.
Proton II
Our second private equity fund, currently in the closing process, strengthens our commitment to renewable energy in Mexico. Designed to develop, own, operate, and manage a diverse portfolio of photovoltaic solar energy projects, Protón II will achieve a total capacity of 100 MWac. With a projected investment of US $500 million, this fund aims to significantly contribute to the expansion of clean, sustainable energy in the country.
ArkE E Fiber
In collaboration with Grupo Indi, one of Mexico’s leading infrastructure developers, we have structured a Fibra E, initially capitalized at approximately MXN 2,000 million. This fund includes two urban mobility assets located in the State of Mexico.
