Proton I
Photovoltaic plant
Private equity fund, 100% Mexican, incorporated in 2018, which has a mandate to develop, operate, own and manage clean energy investments in the Mexican market. PROTÓN I has committed capital of US $150 million, including leverage. The Fund is active, in its investment stage, and is developing a large-scale photovoltaic power plant in the State of Aguascalientes, Mexico. It will have an installed capacity of 104.5 MW and is scheduled for commercial operation in May 2026.
Proton II
Our second private equity fund, currently in the process of closing, reinforces our commitment to renewable energy in Mexico. It is designed to develop, own, operate, and manage a large solar photovoltaic portfolio totaling 100 MWac capacity. With a projected investment of US$500 million, this fund is poised to make a significant contribution to the expansion of clean and sustainable energy in the country.
ArkE E Fiber
In collaboration with Grupo Indi, one of Mexico’s leading infrastructure developers, we have structured a Fibra E, which will have an initial capitalization of approximately $2 billion pesos and initially considers two urban mobility assets located in the State of Mexico.
