Arke Fiber E

In collaboration with Grupo Indi, one of Mexico’s leading infrastructure developers, we have structured a Fibra E, with an initial capitalization of approximately $2 billion pesos that includes, on an initial basis, two urban mobility assets located in the State of Mexico. In addition, the vehicle has a proprietary pipeline, available to ARKE Fibra E over the next 5 years, with a CAPEX amounting to more than $30 billion pesos.
Our Vision
To be the most efficient and profitable vehicle in the market for the acquisition of brownfield infrastructure and energy assets in Mexico.
What is an E-Fiber?
A Fibra E (Fideicomiso de Inversión en Energía e Infraestructura) is a financial vehicle in Mexico designed to facilitate investment in infrastructure and energy projects through the stock market. It works in a similar way to traditional Fibras (real estate oriented), but is specifically aimed at assets in sectors such as social infrastructure, mobility, transportation, water and energy. This type of trust offers tax benefits and seeks to attract investors interested in projects already in operation, generating recurring returns.
Target Sectors
The trust has the capacity to operate throughout Mexico and is focused on participating in infrastructure and energy projects, with a particular interest in the transportation, water, electricity, natural gas and social infrastructure sectors. Projects related to the oil sector are excluded from its participation. The trust is currently in the issuance phase in the public markets, with a first investment estimated at $2 billion pesos, which aims to strengthen its portfolio and expand its operations. The most significant contributions come from institutional investors, who will play a key role in its development and growth. In addition, the trust has a proprietary pipeline for the next 5 years, with a CAPEX growth plan that will exceed $30 billion pesos.

The final recommendation for the incorporation of the assets foreseen in the asset acquisition schedule will be subject to the due diligence of the Manager and, if applicable, to the approval of the corresponding decision-making bodies in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Agreement.
The expected timing of the acquisition of the assets, if completed, is an estimate and may vary.
The amounts presented correspond to the investment amounts for each project of the potential seller of the asset, but do not represent a valuation of the assets, which will be obtained once due diligence is performed for each asset.
ARKE Fibra E has a hybrid structure that includes a strategic partner and a managing partner. This structure guarantees continuous growth without conflicts of interest, facilitating the incorporation of new assets to the trust. The strategic partner is Grupo INDI, a Mexican business group with 45 years of experience in sectors such as construction, mobility, transportation, water, and energy. With a solid track record in maritime construction, large-scale works, building and electromechanical projects, it is actively involved in the development of infrastructure in both the public and private sectors through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). Specialized in road, mobility, social and commercial infrastructure projects, Grupo INDI operates through four business units, consolidating its position as a reference in high-impact projects in Mexico and other Latin American countries.
Ennova America Fibra E serves as the managing partner and is responsible for ensuring that the needs of investors and the trust’s investment strategy are met. Ennova America’s track record and experience represents a value-creating hub for investment management for the following reasons:
