Arke Fiber E

In partnership with Grupo Indi—one of Mexico’s top infrastructure powerhouses—we’ve launched ARKE Fibra E, an investment vehicle with an initial capitalization of around MXN 2 billion. Its first step: two key urban mobility assets located in the State of Mexico. But that’s just the beginning. Over the next five years, ARKE Fibra E has access to an exclusive, high-potential project pipeline with over MXN 30 billion in planned capital expenditures – setting the stage for large – scale impact on the infrastructure sector.
Our Vision
To be the most efficient and profitable vehicle in the market for the acquisition of brownfield infrastructure and energy assets in Mexico.
What is a FIBRA E?
A Fibra E (Fideicomiso de Inversión en Energía e Infraestructura) is a financial vehicle in Mexico designed to facilitate investment in infrastructure and energy projects through the stock market. It works in a similar way to traditional Fibras (real estate oriented), but is specifically aimed at assets in sectors such as social infrastructure, mobility, transportation, water and energy. This type of trust offers tax benefits and seeks to attract investors interested in projects already in operation, generating recurring returns.
Target Sectors
This trust has the flexibility to operate across all of Mexico, with a strategic focus on high-impact infrastructure and energy projects -especially in sectors like transportation, water, electricity, natural gas, and social infrastructure. Projects related to the oil industry are deliberately excluded, aligning with a forward-thinking and sustainable vision. Currently in its public market issuance phase, the trust is launching with an estimated initial investment of MXN 2 billion, aimed at reinforcing its portfolio and accelerating expansion. Backed by major institutional investors – key players in its future success – the trust is poised for substantial growth. With access to an exclusive five-year project pipeline and a CAPEX roadmap surpassing MXN 30 billion, it’s positioned to become a transformational force in Mexico’s infrastructure landscape.
